Would you scale earth’s highest peak with Global Adventure Challenge to raise money to support our hospitals? You can choose to support any one of our hospitals - just let us know which once you have registered.
The goal is simple – to take part in one of the most fantastic charity treks to the foot of the world’s highest mountain, and if you have enough energy, to summit Kala Patthar (5,545m) – a fantastic mountain located near Everest Base Camp giving us the BEST views of this majestic peak.
This world renowned classic trek takes you from Lukla through the world’s highest mountain range and encompasses the most breathtaking mountain scenery ever imaginable… you haven’t seen mountains until you’ve seen the Himalayas! Eight of the world’s fourteen highest peaks are found in the Nepalese Himalaya and we can assure you the memories of this challenge will last a lifetime. You’ll be privileged with some amazing views of Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,511m), Nuptse (7,879m), Ama Dablam (6,856m), Thamserku (6,623m), the list of peaks goes on. It’s pure Himalayan magic!
Your trekking itinerary has been designed to maximise our chances of success, and the trekking is taken at a measured pace in order for us to acclimatise sufficiently. The support from local guides and crew is simply the best around, having traditional Sherpas form part of the Global Adventure Challenge crew simply adds to this amazing life experience.
Words cannot describe the true feelings you will experience on this charity challenge; the sights of Buddhism and Hinduism surround us making this the ultimate trek in charity challenge events – a truly spiritual and humbling experience.
There are two funding options for this challenge:
Option A - Minimum Sponsorship
You pay a registration fee of £399 then must raise a minimum sponsorship of £3,120. This amount covers your tour costs with the remaining money supporting your chosen hospital. This may seem like a big sponsorship target but our team will be here to provide help and advice to ensure you reach your goal.
Option B - Self Fund
You pay a registration fee of £399 and then pay your own tour costs of £1,560.
