Charity Coordinator

Salary: £20,330 – £21,777

The role of Charity Co-ordinator is the ‘face’ of the charity within our family of hospitals.  Liaising directly with staff, patients, their families, and visitors face to face, the role promotes the work of and opportunities to support the charity.  The Charity Co-ordinator is an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering the Charity’s vision; to improve the health and quality of our diverse population in the North West and beyond.

Data Manager

Salary: £32,306 – £39,027

Closing Date: 23/05/2022

As the Data Manager, you’ll manage the Charity’s fundraising database to ensure it is used strategically to support the team to meet fundraising goals. As the lead specialist and expert, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient and compliant collection and entry of data, generating financial reports, establishing processes for data entry and reporting, and providing specialist training across the Charity team to ensure the database is used consistently.

Events Assistant 

Salary: £18,870 – £19,918

Impact Manager

Salary: £32,306 – £39,027

The Impact Manager will play a key role in the success of the Charity by developing a framework for impact reporting to embed evidence from outputs, outcomes and impact of our grant funding into our decision making and all of our communications, in an effective and innovative way. The role will lead on monitoring success against all of our charitable expenditure, including research, as well as our wider organisational strategy, in order that we can report our impact to donors.

Individual Giving Officer

Salary: £25,655 – £31,534

As the Individual Giving Officer you’ll work on charity-wide campaigns specialising in communications to engaged supporters to achieve campaign goals. You’ll be responsible for delivering the supporter journey through the Charity’s CRM system and email marketing, to engage, retain and upgrade existing supporters. You’ll also support Direct Mail, Lottery and Legacy fundraising activity delivered by the Individual Giving team.

Junior Marketing Officer

Salary: £22,549 – £24,882

Reporting to the Senior Manager for Marketing & Communications, and working closely with the Digital Marketing Officer, this role will support the delivery of the Charity’s digital marketing strategy. This role will also provide support for some of the Charity’s wider marketing activity, including photography, content generation and benchmarking. To succeed in this role you will be a hardworking and organised individual with an ability to thrive under pressure. A team player, you will possess a facilitative and can-do approach to working across multiple projects.

Prospect Research Manager

Salary: £32,306 – £39,027

The Prospect Research Manager will play a key role in the success of the Charity by creating and managing a high performing, proactive prospect research programme to drive income. This is a brilliant opportunity if you are an experienced Prospect Researcher who is ready to take the next step in your career. You will have the autonomy to build and manage a prospect research programme from scratch, using your experience and expertise to create policies and procedures. Accompanying this high level of autonomy and responsibility, you will receive significant support from the team around you and the flexibilty to do the job in the way that works best for you.

Relationship Manager

You will be a highly skilled fundraiser and excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering the Charity’s vision; to improve the health and quality of life of our diverse population in the North West and beyond. With a specific focus on growing corporate relationships, you will work across the full fundraising portfolio. You will identify, approach and secure new relationships through building and developing a robust pipeline of supporters. As a natural relationship builder, you will maximise opportunities to increase supporter value by delivering excellent account management and thoughtful stewardship.
