Grand Christmas Raffle

Our charity raffle tickets are on sale now!

How would you fancy having a festive flutter in our fantastic Grand Raffle, in support of Manchester Foundation Trust Charity’s family of hospitals? For the price of just £1.00 per ticket, you could walk away with one of these amazing prizes just in time for Christmas!

First Prize: £500 Amazon voucher

Second Prize: A four star luxury city break for two in Manchester

Third prize: Amazon Fire HD 8                         

Aside from the fantastic prizes, there is of course another reason to take part in our raffle. While for many the festive season is a magical time of year, sadly for many there is a real possibility of spending an unfamiliar, uncertain and anxious Christmas in hospital.

By taking part in our raffle this year you will be supporting patients treated in our family of nine hospitals, including:

  • Manchester Royal Infirmary
  • Wythenshawe Hospital
  • Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital
  • Manchester Royal Eye Hospital
  • Saint Mary’s Hospital
  • Manchester University Dental Hospital
  • Withington Community Hospital
  • Trafford General Hospital
  • Altrincham Hospital

The winning tickets will be drawn on Friday 21st December and it couldn’t be easier to get involved.

Simply call us on 0161 276 4522, email us at, or pop into our charity offices* located just a five minute walk from our central Manchester hospitals! Just make sure that you return them to us before 4pm on Thursday 20th December. The winning tickets will be drawn on Friday 21st December!

Terms and Conditions for 2018 Grand Christmas Raffle

The raffle is promoted by Manchester Foundation Trust Charity, registered with the Charity Commission as Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust Charity, registered charity 1049274.

No tickets are to be sold to anyone under the age of 16.  No person under the age of 16 is eligible to receive a prize.

Tickets should not be sold on our behalf in a street open to the public.

The winning tickets will be drawn on Friday 21 December 2018.

The closing date for return of entries is Thursday 20 December at 4pm.

Any entries received after 4pm on 20 December will simply be classed donations to the Charity.

Details of the winning tickets will be published on this page and also on after 4pm on 21 December 2018.

The winners will also be notified in writing/by telephone on Friday 21 December 2018.

The cost of each ticket is £1.

There are no substitute prizes available.

Employees of Manchester Foundation Trust Charity or their immediate family are not eligible to enter this raffle.

Manchester Foundation Trust Charity is not responsible for entries that are damaged, delayed or lost in the post.  Proof of posting is not proof of entry.

Manchester Foundation Trust Charity reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes.  This will only be in summary, for example: ‘Mrs Jones from Gorton’.

Manchester Foundation Trust Charity will not share an entrant’s details with any other third parties.

Entry signifies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.  Manchester Foundation Trust Charity reserves the right to withhold or cancel the prize in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
