Therapeutic Activity Coordinators at Manchester Royal Infirmary
Manchester Royal Infirmary currently has six Therapeutic Activity Co-ordinators who facilitate group activities for patients, including those with dementia or cognitive impairment.
This service is having a hugely positive impact on our patients during their hospital stay, offering mental stimulation and a welcome distraction, aiding recovery, and reducing social isolation. With the support of our donors, we can continue and extend this valuable service, offering a greater variety of activities for our patients.
