By registering for the Pyjama Walk event, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

• I understand that all participants aged under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times.
• I agree that my party will raise sponsorship for Manchester Foundation Trust Charity.
• I will only use lawful means to fundraise for Manchester Foundation Trust Charity and will not bring the charity’s names into disrepute.
• I agree to only use sponsorship forms issued by Manchester Foundation Trust Charity and to forward any money raised to the Charity within six weeks of the event taking place.
• I understand that any footage or photographs taken during my/my party’s participation in the event might be used by the charity to publicise their work, either in relation to the event or generally, including website, social media, marketing leaflets or promotional video, or press and media purposes.
• I understand that Manchester Foundation Trust Charity may distribute images of participants at the event to media publications and consent to images of myself/my party being passed to them and being published in any media reporting details of the event.
• I understand that if I do not wish for me or my party to be photographed or filmed whilst at the event, it is my responsibility to let charity staff or camera operators know and remove myself or my party from photographs.
• I understand that all participants take part entirely at their own risk and Manchester Foundation Trust Charity shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to belongings that participants suffer as a result of taking part in the event, except where an injury results from the negligence of the organisers.
• I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable.

Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

All participants who raise over £100 will be entered into a free prize draw to win a two night stay for a family of four in a boutique lodge at Riverside Cabins in Shropshire.

• All individuals or family groups who raise over £100, to be received by the charity by Friday 12 December, will be automatically entered into the draw.
• There is one prize available, valued at over £300, which includes a two-night stay for up to four people in one cabin.
• The date of the stay is subject to availability.
• The prize does not include travel.
• The prize is not transferable and may be redeemed by the winner only.
• The prize must be booked and redeemed before Saturday 7^th November 2026.
• The winner will be notified in writing by MFT Charity no later than Friday 9^th January 2026, and their name and contact details will be shared with Riverside Cabins so they can issue the prize voucher and facilitate the booking.
• The winner’s name will also be published on the charity’s website, but the charity will not undertake any further promotion of the prize winner unless they explicitly consent for the charity to do so.
