Our Big Thank You!
From July 6th – 10th, we want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who supported us to make this an incredible year.
Whether you have supported us through your school or work place, made a donation, organised your own fundraising activity, taken part in a sponsored event or volunteered your time, you have made a difference, and we are incredibly grateful.
That’s why this week, we’re dedicating every moment to celebrating YOU. We want to tell you the stories of the projects you’ve brought to life, the people you have helped and the difference you have made for our patients, both now and in the future.
Patients, staff and minions enjoy the launch of our new MediCinema
Your support this year has opened an accessible, first in the region 50-seat cinema for our patients across our Oxford Road Campus, based right here in Manchester Royal Infirmary. It has built a stronger future for breast cancer care not just in the region but across the country with the new National Breast Imaging Academy at Wythenshawe Hospital. It has allowed children to prepare for important MRI scans in Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital using incredible Rocket Scanners.
It’s done all of that and so much more. We cannot thank you enough for the difference you have made.
