Terms and Conditions for Charity Entry Runners: Manchester Marathon 2026

By accepting a charity place in the 2026 adidas Manchester Marathon, I confirm that I agree to the following declaration:

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
• I agree to participate in the 2026 adidas Manchester Marathon on behalf of Manchester Foundation Trust Charity and pledge to raise a minimum of £400 (excluding Gift Aid), to be paid to the charity no later than six weeks after the event.
• I commit to raising at least 50% of my £400 fundraising target no later than four weeks before the event date
• I understand that the £20 registration fee is non-refundable and does not count towards my fundraising target.
• I acknowledge that I must complete a second stage of registration with the event organisers in order to participate. I accept that it is my responsibility to complete this by the stated deadline and that failure to do so may result in my place being withdrawn.
• I agree to inform Manchester Foundation Trust Charity as soon as possible if I am unable to participate due to injury or illness.
• I understand that if I cancel or withdraw from the event, my place will return to the charity. Any request to defer my place to the following year is entirely at the charity’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
• By agreeing to this declaration, I also accept the terms and conditions set out by the event organisers (available on request).
