Get on yer bike and support our MediCinema Appeal by taking part in the 2026 Tour de Manc!

There is a variety of routes to suit riders of all abilities – 60km, 100km, 165km and 201km. Take in the sights of Greater Manchester and enjoy the fantastic, welcoming atmosphere at this proper Manc cycling sportive.

This year, our Tour de Manc team is raising funds for our MediCinema Appeal – bringing the magic of the movies to our patients across Oxford Road Campus.
