Walk Your Way

Location
Wherever you are
Registration fee
Free

Whether you fancy a big hike with friends or want to clock up the steps over a series of weeks on your own, Walk Your Way is the perfect activity for all ages and abilities.

Walk Your Way allows you to fundraise in a way that means you can enjoy the outdoors and health benefits of walking while also raising funds for our family of hospitals and clinical services.

Registration is free and in return for pledging to fundraise for one of our hospitals or community services, we will supply you with a fundraising pack full to the brim of tips to support you with your event.

Walk Your Way, as the name suggests, means you can choose your own route at a pace, time, distance, and location to suit you. So you can choose to pick a well-known route you’ve always wanted to try or follow your own path by creating a route near where you live. It also doesn’t matter if you’re a keen walker, a first-time hiker or you’d like to do your challenge in a wheelchair or using a mobility aid – we want to encourage all ages and abilities to join in Walk Your Way.

While some might prefer a solo adventure, you may wish to complete your Walk Your Way challenge with friends, family, colleagues, or your pooch pals. You could also set an office or school challenge to reach a set number of miles in a month.

Need help deciding when to do your walking? May is National Walking Month and also includes National Walk to School week. Or you might want to clock up the steps during your birthday month. If you have a special connection to one of our hospitals, you could take on a Walk Your Way challenge on the anniversary of your treatment and care.

Click the “Register Now” button below to receive a fundraising pack full of helpful info to get you started.

Happy walking!
