Altrincham Hospital Charity

Legacy Giving

Our hospitals, including Altrincham Hospital, are at the forefront of innovative research and treatment.

From laboratory projects and clinical trials to the development of the latest technologies for diagnostics and treatment, our family of hospitals are leading the way in discovering the treatments of tomorrow.

The care and treatments available to our patients are always evolving. We don’t know what healthcare will look like in the future, but we do know we will do everything to make sure Altrincham Hospital will still be providing the very best treatment and care for our patients.

Gifts in Wills let us plan for the future – that’s why they are so important to us.

Knowing that supporters have remembered us in their Will means we can be confident we will be able to support our hospitals in the future. They mean we can make plans and be more ambitious.

Gifts in Wills are helping us to discover and develop the latest technology and treatments right now. Every Gift in Will makes a difference, allowing us to help more staff, more patients and more families.

Wills are important.

Everyone should have a Will because they make sure your estate is divided according to your wishes. However, a Will is about so much more than simply dividing your assets. It is an opportunity to reflect on causes that have been important to you during your life, share them with others and to continue supporting them after you are gone.

If you do have a Will, it’s important to keep it up to date. If your family circumstances or your wishes change then it is important to update your Will to reflect this. You don’t need to write a new Will to do this; you can add a codicil to your existing one.

We have partnered with A Will for Good from Bequeathed to offer a free online Will writing service. This is available to all of our supporters and is a great way to make sure your affairs are in order. Just fill out an online Will interview with your details and wishes, this information will then be transferred to a partner law firm to check over.  You will receive a free 30-minute appointment with a member of staff from a partner legal firm.  At this point, you may be advised that your circumstances mean that a simple Will is not appropriate for you and your family.  You will then be able to choose how to proceed.

Whichever way you choose to make your Will For Good, please consider leaving a gift to Altrincham Hospital Charity. Your generosity will help us to carry on our vital work long into the future. Visit Bequeathed now to start making your Will.
