JoJo Maman Bébé Launch Rainbow Sleepsuit For Charity

Friday 18th September 2020

JoJo Maman Bébé have today launched a beautifully embroidered rainbow sleepsuit, with all proceeds from sales of the sleepsuit going to our family of NHS charities in Manchester and Trafford.

Our work supports continuing excellence in treatment, research and care throughout our family of hospitals, including Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, the largest and busiest children’s hospital in the UK, and Saint Mary’s Hospital for women and babies.

Rachel Laycock, Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager at Manchester Foundation Trust Charity, said: “We’re delighted that JoJo Maman Bébé have chosen to fundraise for us in this way. On behalf of everyone at the Charity, we’d like to thank the team at JoJo for their incredible support.”

The design is one of JoJo’s bestselling sleepsuits from their archive which, after months of deliberation, they have decided to bring back following numerous requests from customers.

Rachel Laycock added: “We love the rainbow embroidery and it seems poignant at this time – a symbol of hope. It has become synonymous with the NHS and feels very fitting for the design.”

Laura Tenison, Founder of JoJo, said: “During the height of the pandemic we were approached by the volunteer trustees of this great Charity and have been brainstorming various ideas to help raise funds ever since.

"Bringing this gorgeous sleepsuit design back from the archives is a great start.” She adds: “As a Certified B Corp forming great charity partnerships is high on our agenda to put people and planet above profit.”

The sleepsuit will be available at all JoJo Maman Bébé stores and online at www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk from today (Friday, 18th September). It is priced at £18 and available in sizes newborn – 12 months.
