NHS Charity T-shirts Launched By boohoo group
Everyone here at Manchester Foundation Trust Charity is excited to see new charity T-shirts and hoodies launch today.
The range has been created by boohoo group, who wanted to show their support to key workers and NHS staff who are working hard during the Covid-19 pandemic.
In a statement released to media today, boohoo Group said that in these unprecedented times, it is difficult to know how best to play your part. But they knew they wanted to show immense gratitude for the incredible efforts the NHS and key workers are making every day.
This week boohoo Group launched a range of T-shirts and hoodies, one for each brand in the group, the entire proceeds of which will be given to Manchester Foundation Trust Charity. They hope that with the support of their amazing customers this will raise thousands of pounds to support our Charity's important work.
John Lyttle, boohoo CEO, said: “Supporting causes and charities in the communities across the world where we do business, has always been a core part of our business. The work of the front line medical staff in the NHS is just incredible and we are proud to play a small part in demonstrating our immense gratitude for all that they are doing. Thank you to each and everyone one them.”
Rachel Laycock, Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager for Manchester Foundation Trust Charity, said: “We love the colourful T-shirt designs and we’re very honoured that boohoo Group have decided to donate proceeds from sales to our Charity.
“On behalf of everyone in the Trust and at the Charity, we’d like to thank boohoo Group for their incredible support.”
The range is on sale across the boohoo Group websites (links below) and they will also be encouraging those that would rather not purchase an item to create their own by re-purposing an item they already own and make a donation to Manchester Foundation Trust Charity.
