Christmas Carols in the City 2025 – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for Christmas Carols in the City, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Tickets are strictly non-refundable.
- Your payment confirmation email serves as your ticket and proof of purchase. You may be required to present this (either digitally or printed) on entry to the venue.
- Children under the age of 1 do not require a ticket but must sit on the knee of an accompanying, paying adult.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- All seats are allocated on arrival on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Due to the layout and structure of the venue, a small number of seats may have restricted views or accessibility.
- If you or someone in your group uses a wheelchair or is accompanied by a guide dog, please inform us at the time of booking so we can allocate an accessible seat. Please note that accessible seating is limited, so it is important you let us know as quickly as possible. Let us know by emailing office@mft.nhs.uk.
- Doors open at 7:00pm, and the event will begin promptly at 7:30pm.
- Every effort will be made to admit latecomers. However, entry is not guaranteed once the concert has started, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
- All attendees acknowledge that the venue is a place of worship and agree to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately at all times.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at the time of booking is correct and up to date. We will use this email address to contact you with event information and updates.
- MFT Charity reserves the right to amend or alter the published event details, including the performers or schedule, where necessary.
- MFT Charity may cancel or abandon the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, Acts of God.
- MFT Charity will endeavour to notify ticket holders via email should the event be cancelled. However, it is also your responsibility to check our website and/or social media for updates.
- If the event is cancelled your booking will be automatically transferred across to another date. If, for any reason, you are unable to make the alternative date you will be offered a full refund. Any refunds will be returned to the credit or debit card used when purchasing tickets.
- By attending the event, you consent to photography and/or filming that may take place during the evening.
- MFT Charity may use these images or footage for publicity and promotional purposes. We will not identify individuals by name without their consent.
- If you do not wish to be included in any photography or filming, please inform the camera operator or a member of charity staff on the evening of the event.
- All attendees enter the venue and participate in the Carol Concert at their own risk.
- In no event shall MFT Charity or Manchester Cathedral be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained at the event.

MFT Staff
- MFT staff members are eligible for one discounted ticket per person. To redeem this offer, staff must enter their assignment number at the time of booking.
- If a staff member attempts to purchase more than one discounted ticket, the additional ticket(s) will either be cancelled or charged at the full ticket price.
