By accepting a charity place in the 2026 Manchester Half Marathon, I confirm that I agree to the following declaration:

• I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
• I agree to participate in the 2026 Manchester Half Marathon on behalf of Manchester Foundation Trust Charity and pledge to raise a minimum of £300 (excluding Gift Aid), to be paid to the charity no later than six weeks after the event.
• I agree to use my place to raise sponsorship for Manchester Foundation Trust Charity only.
• I commit to raising at least 50% of my £300 fundraising target no later than four weeks before the event date.
• I understand that the £20 registration fee is non-refundable and does not count towards my fundraising target.
• I acknowledge that I must complete a second stage of registration with the event organisers in order to participate. I accept that it is my responsibility to complete this by the stated deadline and that failure to do so may result in my place being withdrawn. I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund or deferral.
• I agree to inform Manchester Foundation Trust Charity as soon as possible if I am unable to participate due to injury or illness.
• I understand that if I cancel or withdraw from the event, my place will return to the charity. Any request to defer my place to the following year is entirely at the charity’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
• I understand that the charity will be capturing video and photographs during the event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to remove myself from photographs or inform the camera operator or charity staff if I do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
• By agreeing to this declaration, I also accept the terms and conditions set out by the event organisers (available on request).
