By accepting a Team MFT place in the 2026 Great Manchester Run, I confirm that I agree to the following declaration:

• I am a current employee of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
• I understand that participants in this event must be aged 15 or over. If I am aged under 18 and wish to apply for a charity place, I understand that consent from my parent or guardian is required.
• I agree to participate in the 2026 Great Manchester Run as part of Team MFT on behalf of Manchester Foundation Trust Charity.
• I agree to use my place to raise sponsorship for Manchester Foundation Trust Charity only.
• I pledge to raise a minimum of £50 (excluding Gift Aid), to be paid to MFT Charity no later than six weeks after the event.
• I understand that funds raised through this event will support the charity’s MediCinema Appeal.
• If I would prefer my sponsorship to support a different area of the charity’s work (for example, a specific hospital, ward or service that is meaningful to me), I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the charity by emailing charity.events@mft.nhs.uk
• I understand that any alternative area of support must have an existing fund. If it does not, the charity team will advise me on allocating my fundraising to an appropriate alternative.
• I commit to raising at least 50% of my £50 fundraising target no later than four weeks before the event date.
• I understand that the £10 registration fee is non-refundable and does not count towards my fundraising target.
• I acknowledge that I must complete a second stage of registration with the event organisers in order to participate.
• I accept that it is my responsibility to complete this by the stated deadline and that failure to do so may result in my place being withdrawn.
• I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund or deferral if I fail to complete registration.
• I agree to inform Manchester Foundation Trust Charity as soon as possible if I am unable to participate due to injury or illness.
• I understand that if I cancel or withdraw from the event, my place will be returned to the charity. Any request to defer my place to the following year is entirely at the charity’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
• I understand that the charity will be capturing video and photographs during the event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to remove myself from photographs or inform the camera operator or charity staff if I do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
• By agreeing to this declaration, I also accept the terms and conditions set out by the event organisers (available on request).
