Withington Community Hospital
Withington Community Hospital is located in West Didsbury, South Manchester. It has had a long and varied history and was even the largest teaching hospital in Europe during the 1940s, due to its affiliation with the University of Manchester. The current building was officially opened by Princess Anne in 2005.
Today, the hospital provides care to patients requiring diagnostic treatment, day surgery and community services, specialising in dermatology, urology, audiology, ENT and therapies.
